Giant Dioon Dioon spinulosum

S-l-o-w-growing, trunk-forming Mexican cycad, in the wild attains heights of up to 50 feet, but in captivity generally will stay less than 20' high.  Prefer slightly protected locations in alkaline soil.  They don't mind humidity or heat, but are not fond of poorly drained spots.

We have some exceptional ones in 7-gal. and 20-gal. containers.
